Re: top windshield rubber falling off 850 96

Thanks to everyone for their input. I glued the strip using a silicone sealant. By the time I fixed it the strip had fallen out about half way accross the windshield. Just tucking it back in did not work and the more the car was driven the worse it became. An easy job. I used rubbing alcohol to clean the strip and the others areas to make sure I had good adhesion. It has been holding up great in our wonderful Chicago weather.

Sam, I would try and slide it back in place and make sure it does not come loose. If it has moved it may start falling off very soon and then you will have to glue it.
