Suggestions for bright white headlamp bulbs for 98 V70R V70-XC70 1998

I want to replace my current headlamp bulbs with a brighter, white bulb. The current ones I have are Sylvania Silverstar Ultra H7s and I'm not pleased with them at all. Any suggestions as to a manufacturer. I prefer a white rather than blue light and I'd rather not replace the headlamp assemblies to give more brightness.
