Fuel tank door not opening and doors lock S70

Hi experts ...I have a 1999 s70 with some sort of electrical problem.

My remote access fuel door will not open. When I pull on the switch, the doors lock!!!! Any suggestions? If it is a short, where is a good place to start? I already checked the fuses just in case, ok, also the doors continue to lock.
