Heat when settings set to cool S70

When i set the heater settings to cool and auto is off i feel a small amount of heat as if there is some coolant leaking into the heater assembly. I am curious what the problem is and if this is easy to fix?

This is not much of a problem right now since the weather has gotten colder but it would be nice to not feel a small amount of heat during the summer.
