Fuel Pressure Regulator 850 1995

Ok..I dont understand this....

last week, the fuel pump was replaced to try and correct a hard start condition when car was warm. Was covered under VIP. Nopw appears that pump was also bad and wasstill allowing pressure to drop.

car back in today, they say the fuel pressure regulator is not holding pressure and need to be replaced......but that IS NOT covered by VIP...I just dont understand.

Dealer wants $140 + about another $100 in labor to install.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH
