Won't Start 850

I have a 1993 850 that drove perfectly before parking it for a month (dry garage storage).

Now it won't start as if there is no spark, it just cranks over without even a hint of firing. Battery is fine, turns overs strong, spark is fine as tested using spark tester, fuel rail is 40psi, and no codes. I tested resistance on the coil, replaced the distributor cap, rotor, and plug wires, pulled plugs and they look fine. I've tried pressing gas pedal half way and full way while turning over and nothing. I smell gas out tail pipe and in engine bay (not a lot).

Timing belt is fine.

Engine is a b5254s. Ignition system is Motronic system.

I have the pocket date booklet. It shows additional diagnostics in Mode 2 - throttle position, etc. Does anyone know how to get to Mode 2 in the codes?

Anyone else had this experience? If it's getting gas and spark, I figure it must not be getting air?? Can I remove the air intake and look into it to see anything while someone else starts it?
