ignition failure S70 2000

Car fails to start intermittently. Battery is fully charges; all systems are working; and car will not start. Occasional the automatic selector shift freezes. This happens periodically at intervals of three months and sometimes two days. Sometimes the car will start within six fifteen minutes to six hours. Dealer can not find the problem. This happened to me most recently at one in the morning at a rest stop on the NJ turnpike. We called AAA. When they arrived they couldn't start the car. As they were about to tow the car, it started. HELP.
