Head & tailights will not turn off S70 1998

The daytime running lights do not turn off when you turn off the engine? Sounds like you need a new light switch. Try moving the headlight switch to the on position and see if the lights go off then. Also take a look at the small screw in the switch, it should not be in the 1 o'clock position.

The turn signal is a different matter. Does it work at all? It could be a short in the wiring, which means removing the plastic surround on the steering wheel, two torx screws, and taking a look.
