Update - Not Fixed S70 1998

Well.. I siphoned off as much PS fluid as I could and replaced the entire pump assembly. If the pump and fluid were the problem, something should have changed, but I've got a lot of exactly the same vibration... maybe slightly worse... hard to say.

Question I'd like to ask is this: HOW should I adjust my timing if I want to reduce vibration at idle. Exhaust - forward or back? Intake same, forward, back??? What's the procedure here? has anyone documented it?

I've got the IPD cam adjustment wheel but have no idea how to use it, or if it would be useful for this effort.
