Just replaced the shift indicator bulb on my wifes 850... It is really about a 15 minute project. VERY simple.

You will need a set of torx bits, and a 9mm socket (at least on my 97 850). Take a look at the pics on BAY 13... Very helpful. I also spent a couple dollars on a Haines manual. Worth it's weight in gold.

Getting the bulb back in the indicator housing is a bit of a pain.
