Stripped Bolts at Throttle Cable Bracket 850 1997

Still getting the feel for my new car, actually the car my daughter will drive in a few weeks, when the other daughter is home, so I need to stay on the stick so to speak.

This time, it's stripped bolts. 3 bolts hold the throttle cable bracket to the intake manifold, one is broken below the surface and 1 is stripped, leaving 1 soundly holding the bracket on. In addition, the 1 bolt that holds the vacuum port to the manifold is also stripped, but at least hand snug. You guessed it, the PO or his mechanic never heard of antiseize.

What is the best approach here, I'm thinking heil coil, 3 out of 4 are easy as bolt will come out, 1 requires some careful drilling to ream out bolt. Just don't drill too deep, right? Anyone got a better idea. Thanks again. And, thankfully my other cars are running well.

Mike
