Is it possible to fix 850 1995

When air bags go off, the sensors and control module must also be replaced. The steering wheel bag is easy, the dash will need to be replaced. 1995 has belt tensioners, they will need to be replaced.

Then you are stuck with replacing the inner/outer fenders, the lights, and front frame member that holds the lights and radiator in place.

You are better off getting a 'new' 850/70 and transfering the good stuff to the 'new' car.

I am sending you a PDF that lists SRS for many Volvo models, pay attention to page 10 for the 94-97 850.
