Is it possible to fix 850 1995

Most body shops will bang it straight and slap some paint on it. It will rust in a couple of years because the zinc will be cracked and allow waer to get in to the steel. You also forgot about paint...

My 1998 had been a sandwich in a crash before I bought it. The hood never rested on top of the cowl correctly since. The headlights were aimed right, but didn't look simetrical to the rest of the grill.

As nice as your car 'was', it will never be that nice again.

Yes, it is repairable. No, I wouldn't buy it from you even if it was repaired.
