cold hot split 850 1997

Hi Bricksters...

I am in the middle of changing my AC Evaporator and before I put the Cooling Module back in I want to t-shoot and repair an intermittent problem. I need advice on where to start though. The car has an electronic climate control. Sometimes the right side of the car would blow completely absent of heat (I don't say cold because the system had no freon in it due to a faulty evaporator). Other times it would work exactly as it should in the heat mode. Now with winter here and the whole car taken apart, I want to try to address the intermittent problem. Any ideas? I have inspected the shafts and damper motors for obvious defects...just looking for some field experiences.

Thank you all,

Mark W.
