Engine Stabilizer Mount - DIY job? 850 1995

The engine stabilizer mount on my 95 850 is broken. Based on recent discussions about the ipd upgrade/replacement (pink/blue bushing discussion) I think I want an original replacement, not a stiffer upgrade. The Ipd site says a special tool is required to replace with original equipment, I guess maybe to press it in(??). Can I replace this myself or do I really need a "special tool"?

If anyone has the ipd blue bushing and is happy with it please let me know your impressions, offline if you want since this already was just recently discussed. I'm not looking for a performance upgrade, just fixing the mount. But if the ipd thing works like the original but lasts longer that would be great.
