A little more research (and removing the original sensor) I found that Denso was the OE manufacturer. I just ordered one from Stock Wise Auto for $77.44 + 7.61 shipping. I ordered P/N 234-4450 which is supposed to come with the proper plug and lead length.

BTW - it was the rear sensor that was the issue, not the front.
