Top 36 Best Overall Models S40-V40 2000

S40 got into the top 36 Best! Is rated an A/A which means, 40% discount in the Vehicle Safety Discount! With a lower-than-standerd Collision rating.

STATE FARM LIST

Sad new is the V40 is only rated a B/A which they only get a 30% discount in the Physical Damage Index. Could be the plastic rear panels for the hatch door?

Not many cars made this Cut! Most of the Volvo did, the C70 made a B/B and the V40 B/A which didn't get the A/A. The C70 Cv made A/A.

Audi had the A6.

BMW had the 740i,750i.

Mercedes had the E320 and a few more.

SAAB had the 9-3 and up.

And the rest where mostly Trucks & Vans
