Re: MAF connection; There's an old TSB stating that the MAF connector cable

should be "tie-wrapped" to the plastic housing between the two housing ridges. This was to prevent vibration of the connector leading to errors. There should be a small loop in the cable coming out of the connector, not a sharp bend.

Can't help with the othe problem.
