Need to change timing belt on '95 850R 850 1995

Has anyone had experience changing the timing belt on an 850? ipd in Portland says this is not a do-it-yourself type of job since it requires a special Volvo tool. Does anyone know what the tool is, what it does and how much it costs? Being a thorough home mechanic, I always check about a job before I start it. This timing belt job should be a piece of cake...but want to see what problems (if any) others have run into. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
