Re: I'm clearing the codes and still going! 850 95

I read your post about having the flashing tranny light. I don't know how to check the codes, but I certainly have the flasing tranny light. It tends to be intermittent though. It will flash, and there's nothing I can do to get rid of it, and then I'll park the car for a few hours and it's gone, as if it reset itself. It's almost like there's a loose wire somewhere.

First of all, how can I check/clear the codes? Do I need a meter to plug the computer into, or can I just flick the ignition switch 3 times like my old Plymouth?

Secondly, any ideas on what the flashing light is telling me? ($$$?)

Jeff
