Radio lights and Cigarette Lighter S60 2006

Can't figure out why my radio lights (just the radio lights, rest of the console lights are fine) are all out and the cigarette lighter is not working, the fuses are all OK. Had the indy mechanic check it out, but after he charged me $90 for 1.5 hours on diagnostics, told him not to worry.

need the cigarette lighter mostly to charge the phone
