Vibration - Intermittent - Steering Wheel & Cabin V70-XC70 2000

I have recently observed slight steering wheel shake as well as some vibration which appears to be more pronounced on the passenger side of the car. This is intermittent or cyclic. It is most observable at approximately 28mph, but even then intermittent. Some times when I drive the car I do not observe it. It is almost like it does not occur until the car has been driven and warmed up. Occasionally I noticed the vibration and steering wheel shake when the car is drifting to a stop at very slow speed (less than 10mph).

My XC has 22,700 miles, Continental Tires, which have been rotated by the dealer at each scheduled maintenance. At the last maintenance 22,500 the dealer spin balanced all the tires. I do not notice excessive tire wear on the outside of the tires.

What other are some of the other causes than tires: camber slop on the front end, alignment, wheel bearings, AWD drive system, suspension yokes, splined joint, e.t.c. I have very little mechancial expereince and always have dealer maintenance and repairs. I need advice on the key questions I should as the master mechanic at the dealer to get beyond their only considering tire problems?
