Anyone heard of " The Waranty Group" - They Offer an Extended Warranty 850 1995

I received an offer from this outfit in the mail and was just about to toss it in the trash.

They offer an extended powertrain warranty for something like $120 per year.

Anyone heard of or use these guys?

Is it a scam or are they any good? Cetainly $120 a year to cover the engine and especially the auto transmission would be a good deal "IF" they actually pay for the repairs..
