C70 Warranty Question C70 2008

Ive got a 2008 C70 hardtop convertible with 48,500 miles, so it's about to go out of it's manufacturers warranty. Im trying to decide if I should buy the extended warranty that's available through a dealer (hedrick?) here in Nashville. It's going to cost me somewhere around $2500 for a 7 yr / 80,000 mile warranty, or $3k for 6 yr 100,000 mile warranty...

I just dont know if I think its worth that. I've heard these car are really solid and dont have a lot of issues, but the hard top convertible makes me a little nervous since there are so many moving parts...

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with the C70 that would help in my decision? I appreciate any feedback...
