How often do you check your oil level S60 2007

I have had very little consumption in the past 2300 miles of driving. There was a slight leak due to a faulty oil filter gasket so I ended up topping up with about 1/4th a quart after addressing the leak. I bought the car from the local dealer and they did a fresh change with Dino Kendall oil..although I believe its still a semi syn because there website does not seem to call out a 100% dino oil. I didn't want to be wasteful and since its cooler right now I figured I'd get the mileage out of the new oil and filter.

I plan on switching over to either Mobil 1 0W40 or Penz Platinum 5w30 after this. Once switched over I will be able to better monitor (if any) consumption.

Unlike a lot of people I know I actually do check my oil about twice a week :)
