Door clicks loudly 850 93

My driver's side front door clicks loudly when opended.

The welding on hinges are fine, and the arm stopping the door is fine.

But where the arm goes into the A-frame, I can see the bracket on the inside of frame moves (which it doesn't in the silent passenger side).

But how is this bracket attached to the frame?

Looking on the inside close to the hood handle didn't help -

does anyone have the trick?
