Remove S600 Door Panel - where are the torx bolts? S60 2004

Trying to remove front passenger door panel on 2004 S60 to see why window tilts sideways when putting it down. Found instructions on Matthew's site for removing door panel that reference 2 torx bolts behind a cover but cannot find the cover or the bolts. Do not see them under lock/window switch either. Seems so easy but I am lost.
