Ditto to RepairmanJack. It is not a fun job, it will take 3-7 days, and you will need a Haynes 850 manual that explains how to do it.

If you do it for the learning process, good for you. If you just want to flip the car, it is not cheap and blood loss is expected. Check the sticker for the timing belt, you might want to change the belt and a couple of rollers while you are at it.

RepairmanJack had a few complications, the plastic above the cams was missing, so there were no good timing marks. The exhaust bolts came out of the head. And you will need to buy new head bolts - lots of them (OEM only).

Oh, and a good camera to remember where everything used to be.

A case of beer for emergency use only!
