850 wagon or 98 V70. If you are willing to spend more go with a 2003+ V70.

I agree with you about the newer cars. They don't have the road feel or sportiness of the 850's and early V70's. Too big and heavy for me.

So far my 95 850 wagon has been a more reliable car than my 90 240 was....:)
