Rubber window rim got stuck in the window groove S70 1998

The rubber window rim on the upper part of the rear passager door must have been loose, and when the window was rolled up, got bent in and stuck in the window groove. It's been like this since I bought the car in January and I can't get it out of the window groove so that it lies on the rim of the door/window.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
