Which O2 sensor do I order? 850 1994

After coming up with many 4-3-5 falt codes(slow front O2 sensor) I have decided to replace sensor. I found a supplier online,(automedicsupply.com) that has OEM sensors.They ask if engine has air pump (PAIR),I don't think my engine has but want to be sure.(B 5234 T) Volvo lists the same sensor'(68 421 522)for my engine B5234T and B5254S which has PAIR pump,both 1994.Hey,I'm confused!
