Buying advice wanted

They are both Microsoft drivers. Network adapters 6T04 and ISATAP Adapter#4.

No viruses or malware that I'm aware of. I'm running McAfee security.

My computer is a Toshiba laptop about 4 years old. The email is working again although I haven't checked it today. Because it is Microsoft Hotmail, I suspect those Microsoft drivers might be affecting Hotmail. When it does run it runs slowly. My computer also has trouble connecting to websites.

BTW - In Device Manager I'm getting an error message that says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)". I've checked twice for driver updates and there are none. I've also checked for solutions to the problem with Microsoft but I haven't heard back.
