12V source for radio plug S70

Hello everyone.
I'm installing a Blitzsafe iPod adapter to the back of my SC-816 radio. I'm following the instructions but cannot find a 12V source on any of the 2 big plugs on the back of that radio.
I've used a voltmeter on every cable and cant find 12V. I may be using it wrong so I'm going to Google how to use a voltmeter. At this point I'm going quite mad.
Does anyone know which wire carries 12V back there? This site: http://www.discountcarstereo.com/VOL-M-LINK1-V.1.html says it should be pin 12 or 13. The website asks me to find a red cable with a black stripe but there is no such cable on the big plug.
I'm assuming the two solid blacks are ground.
Here's the link to the device: http://www.discountcarstereo.com/VOL-M-LINK1-V.1.html

Thanks for any assistance.
