04' V70 Pros and Cons V70-XC70

I'd appreciate some feedback from owners of 04-05 V70's about their experiences with the V70. I've only owned 240's but am thinking of buying an 04' V70 that is pretty high tech compared to the old 240's. Am I buying problems that are expensive to fix and that I cannot fix myself? Or are these a good model with few reliability issues? What should I look out for?
