cigarette lighter sometimes works 850 1995

my 95 with 261000 miles had the cigarette lighter working intermittently recently. It got cold and it worked fine. warmed up and stopped working. The connections under the lighter are good. I guess I have to get to the underside of the fuse box in the engine unless someone has another thought. I need this to power my phone, gps and satradio.
