Power Steering Pump Tapped Fitting Keeps Coming Loose?? S60

The tapped fitting (not fitting for reservoir tube)on my 2002 Volvo S60 power steering pump was loose and made a mess on the driveway (leaking fluid). I tighten the fitting till it was tight and two or three days later it was loose again. Like rotated 3 times away. Before I tighten it again (I want to be sure I do not over do it), does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks Greg
