still no start 850

when i put a cheak tire gauge against the fuel rail schrader valve, a little gas spurts out but i get no movement of the guage at all....some i'm thinking i gat a little gas to fire it a bit in but not enough pressure to run it.

going to swap out the regulator. i thought that when the regulator failed it basically dumped fule thru the vacum line (this is not happened) but cal it also just clog or stp working?

if the new regulator doesn't work, where would you suggest i go next?? i had the fuel injectors out abt 6mos ago and cleaned them up - the car was running great until this latest no start condition.
