Harmonic Whistle? S70 2000

Thanks to Klaus for the good advice on a tight engine hood.

I have a 2000 SE GLT (low turbo) with 120,000 miles. Yes, it had the big
service a few months ago. Ocationally, when I start the engine, there is
a loud, harmonic like whistle under the engine hood. Seems to happen in colder
weather and will go away most of the time after a drive. Is this something
to do with the ETS or turbo? I asked to have it cleaned at the 120M service
and they said it was fine, no need..This whistle drives my wife nuts...
Any thoughts?
