Harmonic Whistle? S70 2000

You need to start your wife's car with the hood open and the car cold. Then listen for the noise direction. It could be the belt that turns the alternator/AC/power steering. It could also be a misaligned intake hose allowing air to be drawn in and causing the whistle.

I doubt it is the turbo, they don't whistle. The ETS is also ruled out, it has no moving parts.
