Over heating 850 1996

Well, I changed out the temp sensor as well now.
That all seems to be working just fine now, but I did get some antifreeze out of the whole and leaked on the components below.
Now the car does not want to start up right away!
Now I turn the key and it struggles to turn over.
I have to do this three to four times and it labors to start.
Could the antifreeze that leaked out make that kind of effect on the components below? What should I do now to resolve this?
