driver door interior panel vibrating noise from radio/cd S80 99

I would like your advice on what you would think would be an easy fix...

With AM radio sound and certain heavy base CDs, etc., there is a noise from driver door interior panel vibration... Of course, if I turn down the bass or hold down the top of the panel very firmly, the sould is restrained... I mentioned it to the dlr service, but it has yet to be addressed. (The noise seems to depend on the sound frequency and, therefore, sometimes it's there sometimes it's not...).

What's your advice on either how to fix it or what to tell my dlr service people? Thanks!
