Alpine CD Changer install S40-V40 01

Can anyone tell me what is involved in installing the Alpine CHM-s620-6 CD changer in teh trunk of my S40? The car is pre-wired for the trunk changer. I know I have to buy an adaptor, from where? and then is it simply connect the wires and mount the changer? does my factory head unit control the changer? which buttons?
