No pics for the temp sensor. Some folks just used a crevice tool on a vacuum cleaner and sucked out the dirt from the small grill. It might work for you.

If you get the orange blinking lights of death, you cannot use auto mode. The blower control must slide to the right to activate the blower. Never select zero. But you said the blower no longer works anyway.

If your windows are fogging up, that means the blower is working at its lowest speed???? Is the center vent open to outside air? Fogged windows need the vent control set to defrost, the ECC does not know that you have fogged windows.

An other reason for fogged windows is a leaking heater core... Not just exhaling in a closed cabin. You could try opening the driver's window 1/2 inch to let the cabin air exhaust the humid air.
