gross vehicular weight S40-V40 2000

I don't get it!

G.V.W.R=? What does the R stand for? Is this Kg or lbs?

My stick say's g.v.w.r 3920 front 2090 rear 1870. MY 2000 S40

Carlos sticker say's g.v.w.r 3920 front 2096 rear 1870 MY 2001 S40

How does his front weight 6 more?

Why does everything say the 2001MY are 2760lbs while the 2000's weight is 2998lbs????????

So if G.V.W =3920lbs isn't that much more than the quoted 2700-3000lbs for the car? Let not even talk about Kg, isn't that much more than lbs?

I read the 2000MY hand book and it say's something like 4180lbs for the S40 and 4380lbs for the V40.

Can someone enlighten me on this subject?
