EuroLights OK? ALL 2000

Anyone have experience with EuroLights headlight bulbs in their Volvo? They are sold over the net on www.eurolights.com (note that the only browser I could get to work with this site was Netscape 4.7--it crashed 2 other browsers with lots of animation but little content).

For example they have a 55-watt H7 "Xenon-Charged (TM) Blue/White" bulb for $65.00 per pair. All they say is that the "bulbs are designed for those who are after the the highest possible performance and absolute closest output color to HID/Xenon lighting systems. These bulbs offer vastly increased brightness over standard bulbs and are for the enthusiast who would like the latest in headlight technology. Xenon-Charged bulbs offer pure white Projected Light output, appear slightly blue/white in the housings, produce maximum brightness and intensity."

Do these bulbs make a *big* difference? Do they last as long as standard H7 halogens that cost one-half to one-third the price?
