Wheel Stud replacement V50

I repaired my AC clutch today what a PIA. but blows ice cold now. When taking off the front wheel 3 of the studs broke, the where rusted very badly. Apparently when my mechanic mounted my summer wheels and tires he didnt use anti sieze.Do I need to repace the whole hub or can the studs be removed from behind. Thanks for your help
