should I buy this 2001 v70 for $2500 115,000 miles V70-XC70

Hey all I have only had rwd Volvos and still own 2 but... A co worker is selling his 2001 v70. The Good. He had just dumped in $3000 bucks for tune up timing belt and rear main seal replacement. Then he hit a deer and it smashed out the drivers headlight assembly. No air bags were deployed. The other problem is the rear hatch is locked shut and drivers door handle is stuck out. Other than that pretty good car with good brakes and new 80,000 mile michelins. I have seen many bad reviews on these cars. but it only has 115000 miles. Thoughts? Will This be more problem? Fix and Flip?
