C70 Water leakage into the trunk when it rains C70 1999

When there is standing water or snow on the trunk and you open it, the water slides towards the back of the lid and empties into the trunk. This is due to the curvature of the trunk lid and how the hinges are arranged. I remember seeing a service bulletin on this, and was wondering if anyone has had this retrofit done. It involves replacing the trunk hinges so that when it is opened, the water runs onto the back window and down instead of depositing directly into the trunk.
