If you are referring to the control section of the dash above the radio, you are most likely going to have to pony up and pay Volvo their outrageous price for the bulbs. They are nothing more than a miniature 12v bulb, but it is tack welded into a "special" plastic base.

If I happen to find a second source, I will post it.
