Evaporator A/C

I have just begun to do evaps in my 99 XC and 96 850T, in fear that my wife is going to divorce me if I don't restore the A/C in both cars when the heat hits in DC. Yes, the fcp accum and dryers are Communist but look fine to me. Cost difference is huge. Buy all your o-rings and other little tidbits from your dealer. The OEMs fit so much better. I suggest spending the $50 and buying the entire heater line firewall transition piece, comes complete with all the o-rings both sides from Volvo.
Detailed instructions at woodjoiner,com/volvo/ or google it. He did a fantastic job and asks for a small Paypal donation. [send one to Brickboard while you are at it...]
